Recycled polypropylene (rPP) pellets with 30% glass fiber, compounded in house in Chesterfield, Missouri, for large-format 3D printing with a pellet extruder. The grade is UV stabilized, flame retardant and antimicrobial. It suits industrial applications such as boat parts, and indoor or outdoor products such as architectural elements and furniture. It has a high melt flow for faster printing and excellent layer adhesion. This is our go-to material for large part production. Processing Recommendations: Pre-drying is not required, but it can help if moisture or condensation builds up during shipping. If you pre-dry before extrusion, set it to 80°C for 3 hours. A toaster oven works fine for this. Do not dry in a kitchen oven. Extrusion temperature: 200 to 240°C Need more? Online orders are limited to one 25 kg box.
