From 1 unit
to 1 million.
Mass production
Finished parts, made at scale.
Our mass production service delivers end-use FDM, SLS and SLA parts on demand, with no tooling, no molds and no minimums. From a single part to a million-plus units, every part runs on the same production floor and is inspected before it ships.
We're built for teams that ship real hardware and want to keep iterating.
Three processes, one production floor.

FDM
Rugged engineering thermoplastics for enclosures, jigs, and functional hardware.

SLS
Isotropic nylon parts with complex geometry, no support structures required.

SLA
Small, high-detail production parts with a smooth surface finish.
Large format
Need parts over 3 ft?
We print large-format parts in one piece.
Material made for your part.
We compound our own recycled filament and pellets in-house, so the material for a production run can be formulated to meet your requirements. Strength, stiffness, flame rating, UV resistance and color can all be tuned to the part you are making.

Store fixture pins
We printed 265,000 store fixture pins in grey PETG and delivered the full run in 4 weeks.

Molecule kits
We printed 144,000 molecule kit parts in recycled PLA, at one week per production run.
Use it when...
- You need finished parts fast, in days rather than months.
- Design is still evolving and tooling would freeze it.
- Volumes range from one part to a million, on demand.
- Part geometry is too complex or too low-volume for injection molding.
Five steps from
file to finish.

DFM review
Our engineers review printability, orientation, and cost before you commit.
Production run
The full batch runs in parallel across our printer fleet.
Inspect & document
Every part passes AI and human QC, and QC documentation is available on request.
Reorder on demand
Parts live in your digital inventory. Reorder in a click, no re-quoting.

Additive manufacturing vs. injection molding
| Injection molding | Printerior 3D printing | |
|---|---|---|
| Tooling | $15k to $100k+ per mold | No tooling, ever |
| Lead time to first part | 8 to 12 weeks | 24 to 72 hours |
| Design changes | New mold, new invoice | Rev the file, run again |
| Minimum order | 1,000+ units | One is fine |
| Dead stock risk | You own the inventory | Print what you need |
