What It Is

Welcome to large format 3D printing.

LFAM is the fastest way to turn big ideas into even bigger physical parts. Our robotic extrusion head deposits pellet feedstock layer by layer, building forms much larger than conventional 3D printing.

Advantage

Why LFAM changes the game.

No tooling

Prints straight from your file. No mold, plug or foam to carve.

One piece, up to 40 ft

Seamless parts up to 40 ft long, or bonded for any size.

Shapes a mold can't make

Curves, lattices and multi-axis paths, built in.

One-off or repeat runs

Change the file between runs. No retooling.

Built strong

Layer bonding and bead paths tuned for industrial loads.

Less waste

Each part uses only the material it needs. Nothing cut away.

PROVEN AT SCALE

Five years printing large-format parts.

Circdal

Architectural panels and screens

Our Circdal line prints architectural wall panels and screens from recycled PETG for commercial interiors.

Nexxspan

Modular hospital headwalls

We print headwall structures for Nexxspan, the new generation of modular headwall systems for hospitals.

Every LFAM part, made your way.

Complex Geometry, with Multi-Axis

Multi-axis printing lays material along angles and curves, not just flat stacked layers, which allows forms like:

  • Internal lattices & channels: hollow structures and internal passages.
  • Sweeping organic forms: curved, flowing shapes flat printers can't make.
  • Support-free overhangs: overhangs and branches print without supports.

Layer Lines: Dial Up or Smooth

  • Thin to thick: choose your layer height: fine lines for a subtle surface, or thick lines for a bold, sculptural look.
  • Sanded smooth: sand and finish for limited to no visible layer lines.

Precision & Exact Fit

  • Made to your dimensions: printed near final shape, then machined in-house where tolerance matters.
  • Mates to existing structure: shaped to fit its surroundings and mount to what you already have: fit around outlets, slot around a machine's motor, and bolt to an existing frame, etc.
  • Built with install in mind: mounting points, hooks, and brackets printed right in.

Color

  • Pantone / RAL match: hit an exact brand or industry color.
  • Full color to full clear: opaque, translucent, or crystal-clear in the same part.
  • Gradients: blend from one color into another across a surface.
  • Post-print coloring: metallics or specific needs finished after printing.

Your story,right in the product

Printed headwall frame with colored electrical rough-in modules and branding built into the structure

Seamless Branding

Logos, brand patterns, wayfinding and install instructions print directly into the part, raised or recessed, so your identity is part of the structure.

Proprietary Composites

Made with your own material. We transform waste streams, like spent coffee grounds, into high-performance printed products with a unique tactile story.

MADE WITH

Material: Pellets

In-house feedstock

Because we make our own pellet feedstock in-house, the material range is huge and endlessly tunable. Pick a stock material, reinforce it, or have one formulated just for your part.

  • 100% recycled
  • Fiber-reinforced
  • Flame-rated
  • Flexible

Wide Material Range

Choose rPETG for general parts, ASA GF for outdoor and facade work, rPETG V0 for flame-rated interiors, PP GF and carbon-fiber grades for molds, or rTPU for flexible parts.

  • Brand color match
  • Woodfill
  • Additive blends

Custom Formulations

Blend in additives for one-of-a-kind materials, like woodfill and more, or match your exact brand color.

HOW IT WORKS

Start with one pilot part.

Every project starts with one pilot part, so you can check it before you commit to a run.

  1. 01

    Send your file

Send a CAD file or drawing and we quote the part.

  2. 02

    Design review

Our design team checks the part for large-format printing and suggests changes where they help.

  3. 03

    Pilot part

We print one part so you can check fit, finish and strength before you commit to a run.

  4. 04

    Production

We print the run and machine it in-house where tolerance matters.
